Designed for core conditioning and to increase flexibility, the STOTT PILATES Ladder Barrel challenges core stability and strength for everyone from beginners to the fully conditioned. It is a key component of the fully equipped studio. The six ladder rungs accommodate varying degrees of strength and flexibility. The adjustable sliding base varies the distance between the ladder and barrel, allowing for different torso and leg lengths. Its metal frame construction ensures stability and durability. The steel vertical ladder posts are welded into steel frame for maximum strength and dependability. The Ladder Barrel's dense EVA foam provides optimal comfort and faithful proprioceptive feedback. This corrector measures 32 inch width with handles.
