The Power Systems Versa-Tube JR. is effective in performing strength and fitness exercises when a shorter device is needed. Provides resistance through full range of motion. Multiple resistance levels to accommodate all fitness levels. Hard plastic handles. This Resistance Band Or Tube is offered in extra light, light, and medium resistance levels with yellow, green, and red colors respectively.

BLACK(extra heavy) - Highly trained with correct form and technique.

Resistance levels are measured at 100% elongation, twice the unstretched length and should not be stretched beyond this point.
