Adding this equipment provides a safe and comfortable way to reap all the benefits of the Pilates method. The High Ladder Barrel is a commercial-grade Pilates barrel and ladder that uses body weight resistance and a ladder and half-barrel platform as an exercise mechanism. Exercises target the total body, with ladder-barrel distance adjustability and a steel bracing system for safety. The High Ladder Barrel has a raised, upholstered barrel with ladder attachment and is fully adjustable to accommodate a variety of users. Handcrafted from 13-ply Baltic birch, American hardwood, and steel. Features great back and leg exercises as well as the traditional back, torso, and shoulders workout capability. Choose from black, slate, or natural color.
